Lake Song I

Ground Level: Features a recreation room w/classic pool table, 27" television, VCR, DVD player, stereo w/CD, games and its own refrigerator. There are two bedrooms on the ground level. The first is a Queen with TV and adjoining bath; the second has a double bunk set. Pool and outdoor shower are easily accessible from this level via a sliding glass door.

Middle Level: This level has three bedrooms and a comfortable sitting area with gas fireplace, 32” television, VCR , DVD player and PC with internet access. The sitting area opens to a deck with the hot tub and stairs to the pool area below. The large sofa converts to a queen size bed. The first bedroom is a queen master with private TV and bath. The second is a duo bunk with one twin, one double and a trundle twin. The third is a comfortable room with queen size bed with private TV. The bath shared by the queen and duo bunk rooms has double sinks and a large Jacuzzi bath tub. The laundry room and linen closet are on this level.

Top Level: Features a comfortable living area that consists of living room with gas fireplace, home theatre including 32" television, VCR, DVD player and stereo w/surround sound. Digital cable with HBO available in both living room and Master bedroom on this floor. The great room also features two separate dining areas, counter with bar stools and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Enjoy beautiful lake views and sounds of the ocean from the top deck, which has wooden deck furniture with rockers, and tables for eating. Master bedroom with king bed opens onto deck and has large bath with Jacuzzi tub and double sinks.

Lake Song II

Ground Level: Features a recreation room w/classic pool table, wraparound sofa, pool stools and home theatre. The a/v system features a 51” television, VCR, progressive scan DVD player, over 100 DVD titles, stereo w/CD, digital cable with HBO, Nintendo game cube and a top quality surround sound system. The rec room also features a wet bar, with refrigerator and microwave. The ground floor bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and adjoining bath. Heated pool and hot tub are easily accessible from this level via a sliding glass door.

Middle Level: This level has three bedrooms with cable televisions in each. The first has a king bed with Cable TV and sliding glass doors onto the deck. The second is a double bunkroom with it’s own cable TV. The third bedroom features a duo bunk, with a twin, a double and a trundle twin with sliding glass doors to the deck. There are two full baths on this level, one with shower and one with shower and large whirlpool tub. The deck features a comfortable hammock, beautiful lake views and stairs to the pool area.

Top Level: Features a comfortable open living area that consists of living room with gas fireplace and plenty of seating for all; sofa pulls out to queen size sleeper. Living area has 32" television, VCR, DVD player and stereo w/CD player. Digital cable with HBO available in both living room and Master bedroom on this floor. The great room also features dining area, counter with bar stools and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy beautiful lake views and sounds of the ocean from the top deck, which has wooden a lovely screened porch and deck furniture with rockers, and a tables for dinning under the stars. Master bedroom with king bed and adjoining bath. Both decks are connected by a set of stairs and are secured by safety gates on both levels.
